Highly dont recommend
Very bad service.
Did not even intimate me before filing the taxes.
Tried to contact with email and phone but no response.
One fine day I saw money was transferred to my account from finanzamt and I still dont have any record of what was deducted.
Pathetic and useless service of this agent.

Received a call from Ms. Stang and she already said she will not be consequently be able to do the much work of filing a correction and so steuerring has not allocated any new agent to me. Response is just optics she does not care.

I find it absolutely astonishing and totally frustrating that you can’t reply to any emails I have sent in the last year but are able to reply to a negative review in 24 hours, that says a lot…
As you say “membership begins with signing the relevant agreement, as outlined by law and our statutes” please check your records as I NEVER signed or returned or the membership forms, so are you now above the the law and your statutes ???
There has absolutely been no misunderstanding here so please do not downplay this situation in such a condescending way!
You refused to answer any form of contact via email or phone and then employed the services of a debt collector to collect your money with the threat of a court summons if I did not pay!
Regarding your comment “We encourage you to contact us directly to review the situation.” - As said above I have tried to contact you on numerous occasions with zero response so I am not making any more efforts to contact you to resolve this issue. I have paid the debt collector and want nothing more to do with your organisation!

A word of warning to any expat to **AVOID**
I had a terrible personal experience, I contacted Natalie Stang about doing my tax return, all was good, submitted my documents and then she simply cut all contact with me, would not answer any of my questions, no replies to numerous emails and no answer to phone calls.
I then received forms to sign and return which I didn’t not sign or return as I was not comfortable with my questions remaining unanswered.
Natalie then, to my complete surprise, proceeded to do my tax return anyway, without my consent and without my questions being answered. I got €6 back on my return, then the letters started to appear asking for €220 for the ‘membership’ that I never signed up for.
More unanswered emails to Natalie and Steuerring…
The next year comes around, I do my own tax return to avoid the pain of the previous year, done without issues. Then I get another letter saying I need to pay another €220 to Steuerring despite them doing absolutely nothing, €440 now due for something I never signed my name to.
Many more unanswered emails to Natalie and Steuerring… months later I get a letter from a debt collector !!! Asking for €560 with interest and if it’s not paid, a date in court….
Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable behaviour to just ignore all contact and then send a debt collectors letter. Months of unanswered contact.

Avoid at all costs !!!
