Google Absolute GARBAGE service! They lied to me about the ITIN number and said I should be fine to process my refund with my spouse who is a German national. Instead of receiving money back, I had to pay $1800. They also did not submit my state tax return after doing research. ZERO stars is what they deserve!

Google I filed my taxes here and paid plenty of money to be taking care of. Not only did I have to file my taxes again but nobody answers when I call them to address the issue.

Google We thought we were doing the responsible thing by going to the H&R Block office after attempting to do our taxes ourselves online and seeing that we owed money in taxes. After getting our taxes figured out at the H&R Block office we had to pay $500 for the “services.” If I had known that it would have costed this much I would have done the online free tax filing instead, and the two values that we owed (online vs. in-person) were roughly the same!!! Paid $500 dollars just to watch a person punch in numbers on a computer!!

Google Walked in for my appt, checked in, got called to the back to see my tax representative and was outta there in a reasonable time. Then I had enough time to go get a 20 piece nugget at Mcdonald's. :D
