Ich war erstmals vor Ort und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Beratung war freundlich, kompetent und effizient. Ich konnte fehlende Unterlagen problemlos einen Tag nach meinem Termin per E-Mail nachreichen und erhielt zeitnah eine Rückmeldung.

Die Steuererklärung war in weniger als einer Stunde erledigt. Zudem sind auch nach dem Termin jederzeit Rückfragen möglich. Ich kam auf Empfehlung hierhin und war vom ersten Termin an von der hohen Qualität und der ausgeprägten Kundenorientierung überzeugt: schnell, fehlerfrei, effektiv, freundlich, nach 20 Minuten ist alles erledigt und man geht mit einer Einkommenssteuerberechnung nach Hause, die seit Jahren anstandslos vom Finanzamt akzeptiert wird. Das ist insofern für mich bemerkenswert, als ich davor einen Steuerberater engagiert hatte, der kapitale Fehler gemacht hat und dafür auch noch ein mehrfaches an Honorar verlangt hat.
