The tax return has resulted in a tax liability, which you had to pay within 4 weeks. We have also informed you about the deadline for VAT payments.
Due to your late payment, the tax office has seted late payment surcharges.
Please note that we have filed an appeal against this, which was also approved from the tax authorities, Thus, you did not have to pay any surcharges and you did not have to pay more taxes.
Moreover, you have not provided us with the proper invoices for your accounting and therefore it was not legally possible for us to assert VAT-credits. The higher tax liability has resulted due to your missing invoices. After you have submitted the invoices, they were taken into your accounting and the VAT-credits were returned to you accordingly.
