I called to ask if it is possible to get a consulting appointment. The person who picked up the phone first complained that he did not understand me, when I asked what did he not understand, he put me on hold. And finally he returned the phone and told me that if I am not already a mandate, they cannot serve me. Honestly, I find it a bit rude and arrogant to treat a potential new client like this. It was my whole question, if they would be available for an appointment. Maybe they have a good expertise, but this type of communication is not an indiction of professional good work. sorry
