Cannot really say much about the advisors, they seem to have very good reviews so I wanted to make some first contact.
Secretary: Straight up lied on the phone about not having any appointments available that day - I booked one online successfully right after I hung up.
Facilities: well don’t expect any privacy there is NONE. Could hear entire conversation of clients before me, as there are no real offices.
Expertise: Apart from the phone call, all of my questions were answered. Advice for first timers was good.
Privacy of personal information is a huge concern. Not the employees fault, as they have no offices, but would not recommend filing taxes here.

Die Arbeit mit Herrn Scott war wirklich top. Er konnte mir alle meine Fragen beantworten und meine Sorgen nehmen, da es meine allererste Steuererklärung war. Er war geduldig und war immer für mich da. Er konnte mir sogar auf deutsch helfen, sodass es keine Sprachbarriere mehr gab. Der Preis war vollkommen angemessen und ich würde dort immer wieder hingehen.
