I used this agency due to high recommendations from friends. I wanted help doing 2020/2021 taxes. The employee I worked with was not very responsive, and it ended up taking more than nine months for the tax documents to be submitted to the finanzamt. In that time, the 2020 taxes were processed automatically by the German government. When the 2021 documents were processed by the Steuerberater Seiler & Partner GbR, I ended up owing more money for the year than the auto deduction done by the German government.

I wanted to use a service to make sure that I didn't make mistakes filing taxes as I don't speak German and had two jobs at the same time. That goal, I really hope, has been achieved, but the process has been more of a struggle than it was worth.

A huge shout-out to Iris Kelm and her team for making it possible for me and my wife finally get out tax back. It was a special case, as we live in Canada now. Regardless all obstacles tax authorities were giving us, especially related to payment to Canadian bank account, we made it through.

Herr Wenning ist stets ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner und die für mich zuständige Fachangestellte hat aus eigener Motivation meinen Nebenjob-Arbeitgeber kontaktiert um eine für mich ungünstige steuerliche Konstellation anzusprechen.
