Ich kann die eine schlechte Bewertung gar nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin schon sehr lange bei Frau Schwanke Sie ist immer erreichbar nimmt Zeit für mich sogar ohne Termin, und werden alle Sachen immer korrekt bearbeitet .Absolut zum weiterempfehlen.

It’s obviously that Mrs. Schwanke doesn’t have time to treat her individual customer like me fairly and respectfully. She claims that all documents have been welly prepared and received by tax bureau on 05.07.2022. However, she missed the letter from tax bureau asking me to provide more documents on 13.10.2022 to her office. Since tax bureau doesn’t get feedback from her, they sent me one letter to ask why there is no feedback on 25.01.2023. Thanks for the reminder letter, or I can never know even though I sent email to ask her double check on 30.09.2022. After 6 months, the maximal processing period that Mrs. Schwanke asked me to wait. Then I follow up the emails on 16.01.2022, 25.01.2022, 02.02.2022. Unfortunately, Mrs. Schwanke is always too busy to give me a feedback, the customer who has paid for the service fee on 23.06.2022 with almost 500 EUR. I called her office on 02.02.2023, her coworker promised that she would reply in 15 minutes and two hours later I called her again as I didn’t receive the promised call. And her colleague told me Mrs. Schwanke is too busy to mercy me 30 seconds but she will reply me email later. And just as the old story, I was ignored again since Mrs. Schwanke is too busy. I genuinely and highly recommend Mrs. Schwanke’s service because you will definitely be ignored and missed all important information from tax bureau as she’s always very busy
