When you pay for tax preparation that is all you get! We have been waiting for our tax return for two months to find out WE NEED to send in hard copies to New Mexico. They never told us to do that. I was not convinced they knew how to do taxes, just input data. I would find another tax preparation service ASAP. Don’t waste you money to do the work.

If I could leave 5 NEGATIVE stars I would!! We will NEVER EVER use this company again and I will advise everyone I know/meet not to use H&R Block either. The agent helping us had no idea what they were doing. They messed up our taxes in 2020 but apparently didn’t know it so when we went to file in 2021 everything was rejected. H&R Block never discovered what the problem was, they did no investigation of their own and when we asked for our money back, we were told it wasn’t their fault!!! We are now amending taxes for 2020 and 2021 with a different tax company and having to pay for it all over again! H&R Block will charge you top dollar to “help you with your taxes” and when they do it wrong they will not help you fix it. Unbelievable! This experience has been so stressful and upsetting and it is still not over. DO NOT go here to do your taxes! You will be flushing your money down the toilet and then you will still have the stress of trying to get your taxes done.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment online. When I arrived, the woman rudely said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her a screenshot of the verified appointment. She said no that’s wrong and was dismissive. She told me the system doesn’t work and doesn’t notify them of appointments and that she’s fully booked. She did not seem to care or think it’s an issue that the system has this issue. No where in the process does it inform the user of this issue. She was disrespectful and rude. I do not recommend this location.
