Living outside of the U.S., I needed to submit the tax returns for 4 years within a limited amount of time. Everything went very smoothly once the case was taken up by Eric in Ramstein. He communicated very clearly by phone and via the messaging system, clarifying all open questions and explaining all of my options. As a result, we were able to complete and essentially submit the tax returns for all four years within a single afternoon — much more quickly than I would have expected. Regarding the online communication tools: It may take a while at first to get used to filling in the forms and dealing with the messaging system. But once you've got the hang of it, the system works quite conveniently — especially if the tax pro that you are working with knows how to use it well.
