Really bad experience. Slow replies and unclear explanations, providing unclear support, and without help on the tax declarations. Just a standard service without human interaction.
But the worst was after 2 years of doing our tax return, they reject to do our new declaration without providing any colleague support.
Definitely not a great customer experience.

Immer wieder gerne! Martin was very, very helpful. He also was very patient explaining to me how tax on RSUs and stocks work since I didn’t grasp it from the first time. Great professional! I highly recommend the company!

Avoid unless you speak well German and understand the German tax environment and you have plenty of time to follow that your data are prepared correctly. Also refuses to provide invoice in English even the contract language is English.
